Sessions are a space for you to explore whatever’s on your mind — whether you’re facing something specific or just feeling overwhelmed. I’ll go at your pace, and I’ll support you in making sense of your experiences and building tools to help you cope and grow.

How many sessions will I need?
That’s entirely up to you. Sessions can vary between 3 and 12 sessions. I'lll regularly check in to ensure the work is meaningful and aligned with your goals.

Is online counselling effective?
Yes. Research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person counselling for many people. It offers flexibility, privacy, and comfort — no commuting or waiting rooms.
